Customer Service Story- ‘Delivered with Love’
We recently received an order for a pair of Nooka Sunglasses from a customer who had ordered from us before, only this time time they left us a note in the “Customer notes” section of the order…
The note said “Deliver with love“. Well a little bit of love goes into all our orders but this customer obviously wanted something special. The Gyro team are a pretty creative bunch and we thought long and hard about how we could fulfil the customer’s request to “Deliver with love“. We came up with all sorts of ideas including dressing up in a big love heart costume and surprising the customer with a personal delivery from our Managing Director but in the end we decided to keep it simple.
One of our Gyro service superstars made tracks to the local shops where he bought all the mini chocolate hearts he could find! He also picked up a cute heart-shaped gift box and a nice gift bag to go with it. When he got back to Gyrofish HQ we carefully packed the sunglasses in to box and then filled the box with the mini chocolate hearts. Here is what it looked like just before it was dispatched to the customer…
As you can imagine, the customer was blown away and definitely satisfied that we had fulfilled their request to “Deliver with love“.
